Project management <br />includes scheduling and running regular project status meetings, managing the project plan, <br />dealing with and resolving issues as they arise, coordinating activities with related departments, <br />and ensuring that all project deliverables are achieved on time. <br /> <br />DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION <br /> <br />KorTech will implement the functionality described above as it applies to the WAP database and <br />and related applications, and will track the status of dependent implementations in UBS and <br />BMP5. <br /> <br />DATA LOADING <br /> <br />KorTech will assist in the coordination and execution of data loading, and participate in data <br />validation. However, because the validity of utility data is the responsibility of PWS and IT, they <br />must ultimately be responsible for this task. <br /> <br />SYSTEM TEST <br /> <br />KorTech will coordinate system test to ensure system integrity. This involves establishing a test <br />environment such that production systems are not impacted, but full system functionality can be <br />verified. <br /> <br />DOCUMENTATION <br /> <br />KorTech will deliver updated versions of the WAP Administrator's Guide and WAP Architecture <br />and Design documents. <br /> <br />TRAINING <br /> <br />KorTech will provide training to PWS staff on the use of WAP's new functionality. <br />
