<br />. .- .. .. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Obiective- To provide an acceptable, consistent level and quality of sound for each of <br />the concert series. <br /> <br />Sound Check- is to be completed one half hour prior (5:30pm) to scheduled start time. <br /> <br />Customer Service - ability to represent the City of Redwood City in a positive, <br />professional manner and work in coordination with Recreation staff, Concert Committee <br />volunteers, band members, and the general public by providing communication, <br />problem solving, trouble shooting and cooperation. <br /> <br />Authoritv- City of Redwood City staff have full rights to make final onsite decisions in <br />regards to sound levels and position of mixer board within the crowd. <br /> <br />Pavment- Will be made in 5 installments of $3,510 each. <br />15t_ May 30th <br />2nd_ June 2ih <br />3rd_ July 23rd <br />4th_ August 8th <br />5th _ September 5th <br /> <br />Music in the Park <br />Wednesday 6-8pm: June 25,2008 - August 13, 2008 $600 per show. <br />Setup- No vehicles can be driven onto the Stafford Park turf. <br />House Speakers- <br />Mains- EAR M-500 wI 1-15" woofer and 1-2" tweeter (4ea.) <br />Subs- EAR M-8 subs w/2-18" woofers (2ea.) <br />Monitors- <br />EAR S-100 wI 1-15" woofer and 1-1" tweeter (4ea) <br />Power- <br />Crest 7801 (3ea.) <br />Conso/e- <br />Soundtrac 32x8 <br />Backup- Soundcraft 200 B 24x4 <br />Snake- <br />Whirlwind 24x8 (100') <br />Subsnakes- <br />As needed <br />Mics, Stands, Cables- <br />As needed (20ea.) <br />DI Boxes- <br />Country Man (8ea.) <br />AC- <br /> <br />Agreement over $1 OK 1 0 <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br />
