<br />6.2A <br />Page 20 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />(Revised) <br /> <br />The City shall provide the following services to the Agency during the term of this <br />Agreement, as and when required by the Agency. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this <br />Exhibit A is intended to provide a list of the services normally required by the Agency to operate <br />its day-to-day functions. The actual services to be provided during each Fiscal Year shall be as <br />set out in the Annual Budget approved by the City for such Fiscal Year, and as may be adjusted <br />from time to time, as provided in Section 2 of this Agreement. ' <br /> <br />1. City Staff: <br /> <br />A portion of the time for the following City staff positions (including a <br />proportional share of all of the costs listed under object codes 1-29 in the City budget system <br />applicable to the position). The portion of time to be allocated to and paid by the Agency for <br />each such staff position shall be as indicated in the Annual Budget approved by the City for the <br />applicable Fiscal Year, and as may be adjusted from time to time, as provided in Section 2 ohhis <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />.
