<br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 92 of the Charter, Section 3 of <br />Article XI of the California Constitution and section 9255 of the Elections Code of <br />the State of California. the City Council hereby submits a proposed Charter <br />amendment to the voters that would add section 6a to the Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
