<br />This amendment will also update the Facility Fee per the agreement. This fee was not <br />extended during the last amendments. Currently the fee table in the agreement stops at <br />2006-2007 while the district will not terminate until September 30, 2009. By formulating the <br />fee in this amendment, any other development that is approved by the termination of the <br />district will be obligated to pay this fee.
