M/S: Ira/Ruskin to Motion to Approve Waiver of Informalities in Bids - 1999- <br /> 2000 Sewer Main and award contract to Saliba Corporation upon findings that <br /> the irregularity or error was not the result of fraudulent intent on the part of the <br /> bidder and that best interests of the public would be saved thereby; <br /> <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present with Council <br /> Member Leipzig absent. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
