<br />EXHIBIT A- <br /> <br />City of Redwood City Scoping Study <br />Proposed Services <br /> <br />The Sports Management Group proposes to provide the following services. We appreciate this <br />opportunity to continue our work with the City and will be happy to revise these services as <br />needed to ensure that our fmal work product meets the needs of the City. <br /> <br />Meetings and Presentations: <br />This includes preparation of materials and participation in two joint meetings of the Senior <br />Affairs Commission and the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Commission. The <br />purpose of these meetings is to review the Draft Scoping Study Report, receive comments, and <br />to present the Final Draft Report. The focus of the second meeting will be to address the issues <br />raised at the previous meeting and discuss how they are addressed. <br /> <br />We will meet with City staff to discuss the issues raised at the frrstjoint session and discuss <br />options for resolution and address these issues in the report. TSMG will prepare a list of issues <br />needing resolution for the meeting with staff. <br /> <br />Final Report: <br />The Sports Management Group will revise the Final Draft Report to incorporate changes. We <br />will also develop information regarding potential funding sources and strategies for inclusion in <br />the final document. After review of the draft report by the City, edits will be incorporated and the <br />final draft will be issued and presented to the commissions.
