That the City Council hereby initiates an amendment to ARTICLE 60, ZONING <br />MAP NO.4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS <br />AMENDED (the "Zoning Map") for the properties located within the Stanford University Precise <br />Plan Area from the existing Industrial Restricted ("IR") Zoning District to the Planned Community <br />("pit) Zoning District. <br /> <br />3.
