(12 buildings) of: <br />? <br />Administrative office uses (75% to 80%), <br />? <br />Research and development uses (10% to 15%), <br />? <br />Medical clinic uses (10% to 15%), <br />? <br />Five (5) parking structures with 5,100 parking spaces <br />? <br />Common support uses (i.e. cafeteria, childcare care, fitness center and other <br />? <br />employee amenities) in 80,000 square feet. <br />
