Base Services: <br /> <br />1.1 Labor Compliance Training (pre-job conferences with contractors/subcontractors) <br />1.2 CPR's & Supporting Docs. Review & Validation (CPR's, Apprentice, Fringe Benefit, Other) <br />1.3 Monitoring of Agencies construction sites for the verification of proper payments of prevailing <br />wage rates and worker classifications & notification to contractors/subcontractors (via CM) <br />1.4 Investigating missing, deficient documentation or violations. <br />1.5 Audit of potential violations and recommendation for withholding contract payments (via CM and <br />City) and imposing penalties for noncompliance. <br />1.6 Preparation and submittal of annual reports. <br />1.7 Proj ect Close-out <br /> <br />2. Fees <br /> <br />2.1. Base Services: For the Services as described under 1. Base Services, WCS shall be compensated based <br /> <br />on the hourly rate schedule. <br /> <br />2.2. Reimbursable Expenses: (Additional Services Only) Expenses incurred by WCS shall be reimbursed <br />to WCS at actual expenses. <br /> <br />2.3. Additional Services: Additional services may be added to this agreement, upon acceptance of terms by <br />both parties. Unless other terms are agreed upon by both parties, additional services shall be invoiced <br />based on the hourly rates included in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />2.4.
