INC., tireinElfter called the IIComractor"; <br />" <br /> <br />LrrrNESSETH <br />i <br />The parties hereto have mutually cotenantad and agreed as fOllows: <br /> <br />1, This Agreement is for a peri~ of time which commences July 1st, 2002 , end ends <br />on June 30, 2004, and for sur term thereafter 8S the parties may agree upon. <br /> <br />2. The Contractor will ProVi~~ personnel equipped and trained in' appropriate <br />procedures fer crossing pedEtri3ns in marked crosswalks. Such p81'&onnel shall <br />be herein referred to as Q sing Guard. The Contractor ;s an independent <br />Centrador and the Crossingi! s to be furnished by it shall at all times be its <br />employees end not those ofts City. <br />li <br />The CIty's representative in dJaling with the Contractor shall be designated by the <br />City of Redwood City. The Contract~r shall notify <br />the City in writing of any ch~ges which may need to occur in hours of work or <br />locations.
