La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, CA <br />90035, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", mutually agree to amend the existing <br />Agreement entered into on March 14,2002 as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Item #1 <br /> <br />The City and the Contractor agree to extend the term of this <br />Agreement for the 2008-2009 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008 <br />through June 30, 2009. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Item #17 <br /> <br />The City agrees to pay Contractor for services rendered pursuant to <br />the Agreement the sum of Thirteen Dollars and Seventy-Six Cents, <br />($13.76) per hour of guard service provided. It is understood that <br />the cost of providing thirteen-thousand, seven-hundred and fifty- <br />eight (13,758) hours of service shall not exceed One Hundred and <br />Eighty-Nine Thousand, Three-Hundred and Ten Dollars <br />($189,310.00). <br /> <br />3.
