That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Planning <br />and Redevelopment Consulting Services" (form dated 03/20/01), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, a <br />political subdivision of the State of California, and Bruce W. Liedstrand, doing <br />business as Liedstrand Associates, for the performance of the services <br />described in the above recitals, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, and the Executive <br />Director and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1116 2 <br />DES:rg <br />R /Shared /Redwood /Counci I <br />03/20/01 <br />1A1rQ <br />
