<br />~' <br /> <br />OR1G~t~AL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. _..L,,__ TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />PRINTING RECREATION ACTIVITY GUIDE SERVICES <br />Folger Graphics <br /> <br />This Amendment No. __1_ is entered into and effective as of the 10th day of <br />August, 2009, extending and amending the agreement dated May 12, 2008 (the <br />"Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Folger Graphics ("Consultant") <br />(collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />REClTALS <br /> <br />A. On May 12, 2008, the Farties executed an Agreement for Printing <br />Recreation Activity Guide Services; and <br /> <br />B. The Parties desire to alter t18 Agreernent's scope of vV'ork to extend and <br />fund the Agreernent for a period of t\iVO years. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Agreernent, as rnay have been alTlended from time to time, is <br />hereby extended for a period of two years und:nu en June 30, 2011 and Consultant will <br />be paid an amount not to exceed Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) per year. <br />The aggregate arnount for this agreement should not exceed Two Hundred Nineteen <br />Thousand, Nine Hundred EiglYfY Dollars (~J219,9BO.OO). <br /> <br />2. In addition to those services contained in the Agreenlent, as rnay have <br />been amended froil1 tinle to tirne, Consultant vvill provide those services and products <br />described in Exhibit "A" for each of the tvvo calendar years covered by this Amendment <br />NO.1. <br /> <br />3. Consultant will cornpletl:;~ an \I.york dt::scribed In Exhibit "A" by June 30, <br /> <br />2011. <br /> <br />4.
