PAYMENTS <br /> <br />In full consideration of the term pursuant to this Agreement, and subject to the provisions <br />of funding in paragraph 12.A of this Agreement herein, payment shall be made upon <br />receipt of District's invoice on or after July 2008 as follows: <br /> <br />A. County shall pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED <br />THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HlJNDRED SEVENTY SIX DOLLARS ($113,676). <br /> <br />B. City will pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000). <br /> <br />C. Ftmds for FY 2009-10 will be negotiated and reflected in a form of an amendment to <br />the Agreement. <br /> <br />14 <br />
