TO THE <br />OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />715 ESTHER LANE <br />(APN 058-245-010, 058-244-040, ptn 093-501-010) <br /> <br />Lots 4, 5 and a portion of Lot 6, of Lot 5 as shown on the map entitled <br />"Resubdivision of Lots 4 and 5, Block 23 of Oak Knoll Manor near Redwood City, <br />California, filed in Volume 1 0 of Maps at Page 26, San Mateo County Recorder's Office <br />and a portion of Esther Lane (30 feet in width) said parcel also being a portion of the <br />Lands of the City and County of San Francisco Hetch Hetchy Right-of-Way and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 4, said point also being an angle <br />point in the Oak Knoll Sewer District boundary as established by Resolution No. 48369 <br />passed and adopted on September 21, 1986, Thence from said Point of Beginning; <br /> <br />1) South 740 10' West along said District boundary and along the northerly lines of <br />Lot 4,5 and 6 as shown on said map 129 feet, Thence leaving said district <br />boundary and the northerly line of Lot 6; <br /> <br />2) Thence South 09047' 52" East 145.82 feet, crossing said City and County of <br />San Francisco Right-of-Way to a point in the northerly line of said Esther Lane, <br />said point distant South 770 14' 30" West 32 feet from the southeasterly corner of <br />said Lot 6, said point also being a point in the Oak Knoll Sewer District <br />boundaries as established by Resolution No. 63592. passed and adopted on <br />May 16, 2000; <br /> <br />3) Thence North 770 14' 30" East along said District boundary and northerly line <br />11 .19 feet to the intersection thereof with the northwesterly prolongation of the <br />easterly line of Lot 1 of Lot 4, and an angle point in said district boundary; <br /> <br />4) Thence South 18037' East, leaving said northerly line and continuing along said <br />district boundaries and said prolongation 30.16 feet, to a point in the southerly <br />line of Esther Lane; <br /> <br />5) Thence North 770 14' 30" East, leaving said District boundary and continuing <br />along said southerly line, 138 feet; <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />14890 <br />MUFF #802 <br />
