ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and <br />will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is <br />limited to 15 minutes of comment to be all as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to <br />speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give <br />it to the Council Assistant. <br /> <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A. Approve, by motion, the recommendation of the Housing and Human <br />Concerns Committee (HHCC) and reallocate $35,000 in unexpended prior <br />year funds to the Police Activities League (PAL) for the Job Development <br />Diversion Program. <br />2. Authorize, by motion, approval of 12 operating agreements with 11 non-profit <br />organizations to allow disbursement of funds. <br /> <br />B. Approve by motion, the acceptance of the asphalt materials bid from <br />Graniterock, Inc. of Redwood City, CA for the 2008-2009 Asphalt Materials <br />Purchase in the amount of $364,600.00. <br />2.
