<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Purpose: <br />To launch a program that trains volunteers to help their neighbors identify and <br />implement energy conservation measures in their homes. <br /> <br />City will pay contractor $17,000 for the following services to be performed by June 30, <br />2008. <br /> <br />1. Create hands-on training curriculum for energy auditor training program in <br />English (and for translation into Spanish) <br />2. Recruit 50 volunteer energy auditors during the first three months of the program <br />and conduct two trainings during month four. <br />3. Perform 400 house calls in low-to-middle income neighborhoods. <br />4.
