<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Scontrino Powell will provide organizational psychology consulting services to the City <br />Manager and his staff. These services will include executive coaching, professional <br />development, organizational and staff development, and management consulting. <br /> <br />The fees are $325.00 per hour. Expenses such as airfare, car rental, and lodging are <br />billed at cost.
