<br />Exhibit B <br /> <br />Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center <br />Work Plan for 2008-09 <br /> <br />This plan is for July 1, 2008-0ctober 31, 2008. A new plan will need to be developed for <br />the time beyond October based on information about funding that PCRC may receive <br />from foundation proposals and that Redwood City may receive through the climate <br />protection grant from EP A. <br /> <br /> <br />Facilitations done by PCRC <br />and evaluation data. <br /> <br />Community Participation <br />Projects in which the city <br />seeks support for planning, <br />process design and/ or <br />facilitation. <br /> <br />1. PCRC staff will spend the <br />equivalent of 1 days/week <br />(8 hours) working on RWC <br />projects, by arrangement <br />with City staff and PCRC. <br /> <br />Calendar of meetings for <br />planning, consultation and <br />follow up. <br /> <br />This time may be spent at <br />City Hall during business <br />hours or at community <br />meetings after hours. <br /> <br />Work with the <br />Neighborhood Liaison <br />Specialist. <br /> <br />Participation in the Climate <br />Protection project. <br /> <br />I <br />
