Outcomes: Of cases where discrimination has been 18 households June 30, 2009 found, 70% will have reduced incidences of differential treatment or discrimination, 30% report that housing was preserved, extended or gained, thereby reducing incidences of differential treatment or discrimination. Outcomes: Of audits where discrimination has been found, 100% of non-compliant property owners will be 12 sites June 30, 2009 afforded the opportunity to receive free training and education in order to reduce incidences of differential treatment or discrimination. Goal: Affirmatively further fair housing by conducting Tester Trainings. Outcomes: Testers will be trained and used to 10 testers June 30, 2009 determine if discrimination exists thereby reducing incidences of differential treatment or discrimination. Goal: Affirmatively further fair housing by consulting with clients re fair housing rights & responsibilities.
