<br />, <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION OF DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY RECYCLED WATER PROJECT - PHASE 1 <br />REDWOOD SHORES DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM <br />Bid Packaae 9 (Island Drive and Bridae Parkwav in the WestDort Office Park) <br /> <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: that <br /> <br />SHAW PIPELINE, INC. <br />(Contractor) has reviewed and understands the attached Substance Abuse Policy of <br />Redwood City and hereby expressly agrees, pursuant to and in furtherance of the City's <br />policy, to maintain a Substance Abuse Policy at the site and take such necessary acts <br />and/or measures to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace at the site, including providing <br />every employee who works on the project a copy of the Contractor's drug-free policy <br />statement and requiring each of their employees to abide by the terms as a condition of <br />employment.
