Changing the number of retail jobs in an example T AZ by 1, 10, 100, 1,000 and <br />5,000 employees. <br /> <br />For the dynamic tests, we will review the traffic volume forecasts to verify that they change in <br />the appropriate direction and magnitude. <br /> <br />We will also review the future year model forecasts for reasonableness to ensure that future <br />year forecasts are consistent with the expected changes In land use and roadway network. <br /> <br />Task 3: Documentation <br /> <br />A technical memorandum that presents the peer review and sensitivity tests results will be <br />prepared and submitted for review. <br /> <br />Task 4: Meetings <br /> <br />We wllI attend up to two meetings with City staff. Additional meetings will be attended on a <br />time and material basis as requested. <br /> <br />FEE AND SCEHDULE <br /> <br />The scope of work can be completed for $15,780. A cost breakdown is shown below.
