<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RCSD Agreement No. 200708-204 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />This agreement is made as of this day of June 11,2008 by and between the Redwood City <br />School District ("RCSD") and the City of Redwood City ("CONTRACTOR") to provide <br />servIces. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. SERVICES <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide said services to the RCSD in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions of this agreement. <br /> <br />A. Scope of Services <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide after school academic and enrichment services <br />described in Attachment A and RCSD Policies and Protocols in Attachment B at Fair <br />Oaks, Garfield Charter, John Gill, Hawes, Hoover, Selby Lane and Taft Schools. The <br />RCSD will provide the necessary supports to the CONTRACTOR as described in <br />Attachment A. <br /> <br />2. EQUIPMENT AND MA TERlALS <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the <br />performance on the Agreement. <br /> <br />3. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall not assign this Agreement or any portion thereof to a third party <br />without the prior written consent of RCSD. <br /> <br />4. LICENSES AND PERMITS <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall obtain and keep in force all licenses, permits, and certificates <br />necessary for the performance of this Agreement. <br /> <br />5. INSURANCE <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR understands the RCSD does not provide liability, malpractice, or <br />workers compensation insurance for the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR is <br />responsible for the maintenance of personal and professional insurance to provide <br />protection for any claims arising out of service under this agreement. The <br />CONTRACTOR assumes all liability for services provided under this contract. The <br />
