<br />(c) Two (2) days prior to the final day of performance, the Agency shall pay to <br />Performer the remaining balance of the Performance fee, which is an amount equal to <br />Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17,000.00) (the "Remaining Balance"). Payment shall <br />be by check of the Agency made payable to Giovanni Zoppe. <br /> <br />5. Arrival and Set-Up Time. Performers must arrive no later than one (1) hour prior <br />to performance time on date specified. At least one (1) hour prior to the time of the first <br />performance of the day, the Agency shall provide Performers and their designated <br />representatives sufficient access to the Place of Performance for set-up and sound <br />check. <br /> <br />6. Technical Requirements. The Agency shall provide all of Performers, technical <br />requirements as set forth in the Technical Requirements Rider attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />7. Recording or Televising Performances. The Agency shall not record, <br />broadcast, televise, videotape, photograph, film or otherwise extend beyond the Place <br />of Performance the Performances without the prior written consent of Performers. The <br />Agency agrees to prevent to the best of its ability the filming, broadcasting, recording or <br />reproduction by radio, television or any other device the Performance(s) without the <br />prior written consent of Performers. Permission of the Agency shall be required for any <br />filming, broadcasting, recording or reproduction by radio, television or any other device <br />by Performers, Agent or any other person. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />
