City of Redwood City/Fair Oaks Community Center shall not allow any activity <br />that enables the Public Allies/AmeriCorps Member to perform meaningful and <br />constructive service in agencies, institutions, and situations where the <br />applications of human talent and dedication may help to meet human, public <br />safety, environmental, and educational community needs to infringe in any <br />manner on the promotional opportunity of an employed individual. <br /> <br />3. City of Redwood CitylFair Oaks Community Center shall not allow any Public <br />AIliesl AmeriCorps Member to perform any service or duties, or engage in <br />activities, that would otherwise be performed by an employee as part of the <br />assigned duties of such employee. <br /> <br />4. Any Public Allies Apprenticeship Program activities shall not involve the <br />performance of services that would supplant the hiring of employed workers or <br />would otherwise be performed by an employee, Including an employed worker <br />who recently resigned or was discharged, an employee who is subject to a <br />reduction in force, an employee who is on leave (terminal, temporary, vacation, <br />emergency, or sick), or an employee who is on strike or is being locked out. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Statement of <br />Nondisplacement this 19th day of August. 2008. <br /> <br />Organization: <br /> <br />Signature: <br /> <br />By (Name): <br />As Its (Title): <br />
