04/09/01 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14186 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br />(SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Reimbursement Agreement (City of <br />Redwood City — SBSA)" (form dated 01/10/01), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and the South <br />Bayside System Authority, a public entity, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1123 <br />F \Shared /Redwood /Council <br />FXS:djk <br />03/30/01 <br />0 <br />
