Additional (Sixth and Seventh) Review Cvcles of Draft EIR Based on <br /> Incorporation of New Information (task completed) <br /> As the City formulated the details of a potential development agreement with <br /> the applicant, Draft EIR project analysis and mitigation options were further <br /> refined through additional review of the Draft EIR by City staff and outside <br /> CEQA counsel for the City. Although previously approved Amendment No. <br /> 2 assumed "minimal additional EIR revision" from City staff, two additional <br /> extended and detailed reviews were completed. The public release Draft <br /> EIR was released on January 26, 2012. <br /> Additional Fee: $18,344.00 <br /> B. Printinq of Public Release Draft EIR (task completed) <br /> At City staff request, the Consultant had 85 hard copies plus one pdf disk of <br /> the public release Draft EIR printed. <br /> Additional�ee: $5,512.14 ($5,011.04 Copy Central plus $501.10 Consultant) <br /> C. Preparation of EIR Reference List (task completed) <br /> After the Draft EIR was released to the public, City staff requested a list off <br /> all reference documents consulted by the EIR team (including <br /> subconsultants) during EIR preparation. <br /> Additional Fee: $7,772.02 ($6,704.52 Consultant plus $1,067.50 subconsultant) <br /> D. Additional Traffic Enqineerinq for Final EIR (task completed) <br /> City staff requested additional traffic analysis from subconsultant (EIR <br /> subconsultant) to help respond to comments on the Draft EIR, in particular <br /> from San Mateo County, Caltrans, and Mr. Bulla. Consultant incorporated <br /> subconsultant's additional work into the Final EIR. Subconsultant's <br /> additional scope also includes attendance at one public hearing. <br /> Additional Fee: $13,150.00 (subconsultant) <br />
