ORIGINAL AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES (Moore, lacofano, Goltsman, Inc.) Thi Amendment No. 6 is entered into and effective as of the�?J day of , 2013, extending and amending the agreement dated Sep 19, 2008 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter ty and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Moore, lacofano, Goltsman, Inc. (MIG), ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for the "Stanford in Redwood City Project." RECITALS A. On September 19, 2008, the Parties executed Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services; and �� B. On March 16, 2010, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services; and C. On June 20, 2011, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services; and D. On September 17, 2012, the Parties executed Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services; and E. On January 14, 2013, the Parties executed Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services; and F. On July 2, 2013, the Parties executed Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services; and G. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as amended, Consultant will provide those services described in Exhibit "A." With this Amendment, the total annual Agreement amount shall not exceed Six Hundred Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars and Forty Five Cents ($611,520.45).
