ORIGIN�.� <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> Agreement for Banking Services <br /> Wells Fargo Bank <br /> Thi Ame ment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the � day of <br /> , 2012, extending the agreement dated September 19, 2008 (the <br /> "Agreem t") y and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Wells Fargo Bank ("Consultant") <br /> (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On September 19, 2008, the Parties executed Agreement for Banking <br /> Services, and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of One Year; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. That certain Agreement For Banking Services Wells Fargo Bank dated <br /> September 19, 2008, and between the Parties hereof, is hereby extended for a period of <br /> one year ending on September 19, 2013. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3.
