�n�6�1N�L <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> Agreement for Banking Services <br /> Welis Fargo Bank <br /> This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the 19 day of <br /> September, 2013, extending the agreement dated September 19, 2008 (the <br /> "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Wells Fargo Bank ("Consultant") <br /> (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On September 19, 2008, the Parties executed Agreement for Banking <br /> Services and <br /> B. On August 28, 2012, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for a period of One Year to September 19, 2013, and <br /> C. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of One Year. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of One Year ending on September 19, 2014. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3.
