<br />Exhibit B <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />(Redwood City Community Schools) <br /> <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />July 1,2008 through June 30, 2010 <br /> <br />I. PAYMENTS <br /> <br />In full consideration of the term pursuant to this Agreement, and subject to the provisions <br />of funding in paragraph 12.A of this Agreement herein, payment shall be made upon <br />receipt of District's invoice on or after July 2008 as follows: <br /> <br />A. County shall pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED <br />THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX DOLLARS ($113,676). <br /> <br />B. City will pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000). <br /> <br />C. Funds for FY 2009-10 will be negotiated and reflected in a form of an amendment to <br />the Agreement. <br /> <br />14 <br />
