E I H: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with <br />independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department <br />thereof; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement to provide financial support to Redwood <br />City Community School for FY 2008-09 on September 16, 2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on October 20, 2009, to add funding <br />for FY 2009-10. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties now wish to further amend the Agreement to extend the term <br />for one year, July 1,2008 to June 30, 2011, and add funding for FY 2010-11. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Original Exbibit Bl is replaced witb Exhibit B2. <br />[See Attached] <br /> <br />2.
