<br />Exhibit B2 <br /> <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT (Redwood City Community Schools) <br /> <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />July 1, 2008 th~ough June 30, 2011 <br /> <br />I. PAYMENTS <br /> <br />In full consideration of the services provided pursuant to the Agreement, and <br />subject to the provisions of funding in paragraph 12.A of the Agreement, <br />payments shall be made upon receipt of District's invoice on or after July 2010, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. County shall pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE <br />HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX <br />DOLLARS ($113,676). <br /> <br />B. City will pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000). <br /> <br />C. Redwood City School District will contribute one payment of NINETY <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($90,000). <br />
