ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council/ Civic <br />Cultural Commission and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent <br />Calendar category is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be all as determined by the <br />Mayor. If you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a <br />speaker's card and give it to the Deputy City Clerk. <br /> <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A.
