If <br /> any discrepancy or inconsistency is discovered in the plans, drawings, specifications, or contraci#or the <br /> work in relation to any such law, ordinance, regulation, arder or decree, Contractor shall forthwith report <br /> the same to the Engineer in writing. <br /> SECTION 16—BACK CHARGES <br /> Charges fram Contractor ta Cify wil!not be honored or paid by City uniess the charges are authorized and <br /> approved by City at the time the work is being perfomzed for which a charge is to be submitted. <br /> SECT[ON 17-C�EAN-UP <br /> Contractor wili rerrrove from the Work site a}I debris resufting from performance of the Work no less often <br /> than daily.
