Department of Transportation{DOT} <br /> announced that it would delay reimbursemen#s to skate projects, providing funding once a week <br /> instead of twice daily,to stretch the shrinking balance. <br /> California is estimated to receive $930 million from the account in funding for highway and mass <br /> transit systems.This is approximateiy one third ofi California's federal highway funding. <br /> 6 <br />
