6.1 B <br /> Attachment 1 page 3 <br /> NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT—CONiMUNICATION SITE <br /> (PG&E TOWER,REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY—1000 RADIO ROAD} <br /> NOTICE TS HEREBY GNEN that sealed bids will be received in the office of <br /> the Ciry Cierk, City Hall, Redwood City, California, until 3:40 p.m., November 5, 2008 <br /> for th� fallowing described real praperty, commonly referred to as Gommunication Site <br /> (PG&E Tower, Redwood Shores Parkway— 1 Q00 Radio Road), City of Redwood City, <br /> County of San Mateo, State of Califomia. <br /> A portion of that certain real property simated in the city of Redwood City, <br /> County af San Mateo,State of Califamia,described as follows: <br /> Parcel D, as shown on that certain map entitled "Lico neighborhood unit <br /> no. I" which map was recorded on June 27, 1996 in volume 126 af <br /> subdivision maps at pages 76, 77, 7$ and?9,official records af San Mateo <br /> Counry, California. <br /> The successful bidder wi11 be obligated to execute a Iease agreement with the City <br /> of Redwood City, a copy of which is on fi]e in the office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Redwood City,and is avaiiable for examination. <br /> The successful bidder will also be obligated to reimburse the City, not to exceed <br /> one thousand doilars {�1,000), for all associated surveying costs, including retracing <br /> boundaries of subject lease area. <br /> The term of the lease is five(5}years. The minimum rental to be bid for the term <br /> shali be the total amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars {$b0,000} payable in advance in <br /> annual installments of Tweive Thousand Dollars($12,OQ0). <br />
