Al} bids shall be governed by the provisions af the Notice to <br /> Bidders, Instructions ta Bidders, and the provisions of the Lease Agreement. Bids shall <br /> be tnade upon the bid form (Propasal} furnished by the City. If the bidder is an <br /> individual, the bid forcn shall be signed by the individual bidder; if a partnership,the bid <br /> form snall be signed by a partner authorized to execute bids; if a corporation or <br /> associarion,the bid form shall he signed by Yhe president aud secretary of the corporation <br /> or association or by an agent authorized to execute bids of that type for and on behalf of <br /> the carporation or association. Evidence of such authority shall accampany the bid. <br /> 2. Transmittal. The executed proposal form, sealed in an envelope marked <br /> "Bid— Comtnt�r►ications Site", shall be delivered to the City of Redwood City, Office of <br /> the City Clerk, City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California,prior to the <br /> tiine set far the opening of bids as stated in the l�ratice ta Bidders. <br /> 3.
