Services Agreement with <br /> Anderson Brule Architeets, lnc. ("ABA") for design of tfie Redwood Shares Branch <br /> Library Project not to exceed $21,805.00. <br /> BAClCGltOtlND <br /> On April 26, 2004, Council appsoved the original agreemen# with ABA for architectural <br /> and design consuiting services for the library project in an amount not ta exceed <br /> $�,218,352.0�_ On March 7, 2QQ6, Amendment No. 1 was executed to include a <br /> supplemental s� of work for $41,902.50. The supplemental work consisted Qf <br /> revisions to construction documents necessitated by the value engineering process and <br /> is 3.4% of the original agreement amount. <br /> Staff proposes Amendment No. 2 in an amount not to exceeci $2'1,805.40. for addi�ional <br /> services performed by ABA and their subconsuftants. Services include additional <br /> construction administration consisting of submittai and information request review, <br /> construction coordination, project close out, and services resuiting from structuraE <br /> changes made to the ex#erior deck. The praposed amendment is 1.8°!0 of the original <br /> agreement amount.
