Ms. Harang highlighted the changes and made one correction on one slide. <br /> Mayor Foust clarified that the biliing is done bi-monthly. <br /> Council asked questions about billing systems of certain cities as it relates to usage. <br /> Various members of the City's Utilities committee made comments about the need for <br /> the rate increase and how these are universal because the charges have increased. <br /> Mayor Foust added that Council Member Ira is the South Bayside System Authority <br /> representative with much knowledge on the matter. <br /> Mayor Foust opened the public hearing. She called two speakers who submitted <br /> cards (Mary Browne and Gerald Nagel) but were no longer present. <br /> Public Comment <br /> None. <br /> M/S Pierce/Hartnett to close the PH. One Council Member inquired about the restaurants downtown <br /> and what staff is doing to assist them in saving water and apply for rebates.
