The FACT Act added new provisions to the Federal <br />Credit Reporting Act to protect consumers against identity theft. For more, see Page 2. <br /> <br />.................................... <br /> <br />INFRASTRUCTURE BOND IMPLEMENTATION UPDATE <br /> <br />With the passage of the FY 2008-09 budget, additional allocations of the state infrastructure <br />bonds are being made available. The League has prepared a brief update on the implementation <br />of each of the infrastructure bonds passed in November 2006. Ivs new developments occur with <br />each bond, updates will be distributed through the league's Web site and Priority Focus. <br />. For mora, see Page 3. <br />
