<br />6.3A <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />One of the terms of the BACW AlRedwood City Agreement is that Redwood City must <br />demonstrate that it is aware of, and will comply with, the provisions in the State <br />Agreement between BACW A and DWR. City Council adoption of the attached <br />Resolution fulfills this requirement. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Do not approve the BACW A agreement or adopt the Resolution. The consequence is <br />that the City would not receive the grant funding. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The City will be reimbursed for eligible costs associated with the planning. design and <br />construction of the Recycled Water Project Bid Package 7 up to $972,800. If approved <br />as recommended.
