<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD <br /> <br />October 27. 2008 <br />MO. 08-197 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 28, 2008 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Department <br />Planning Division <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Agreement with Wagstaff and Associates for Environmental <br />Consulting Services for the Downtown Precise Plan <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 C (405) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 27, 2008. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Ira, Pierce, and Mayor Foust <br /> <br />Present via Teleconference: Vice Mayor Howard <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Ira/Hartnett to (1) approve an agreement in the amount of $71 ,235 for <br />Environmental consulting services with Wagstaff and Associates for <br />preparation of a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for <br />the Downtown Precise Plan. Authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />agreement amount by up to 10% ($7,124) as a contingency in the event <br />that additional unds are required; and, (2) approve an amendment to the <br />FY 2008 - 2 9 Redevelopment Agency budget, by transferring $100,000 <br />fr m the c tingency fund to the Downtown Precise Plan project. <br /> <br /> <br />animous roll call vote by all those present. <br />
