Authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />agreement amount by up to 10% ($7,124) as a contingency in the event <br />that additional unds are required; and, (2) approve an amendment to the <br />FY 2008 - 2 9 Redevelopment Agency budget, by transferring $100,000 <br />fr m the c tingency fund to the Downtown Precise Plan project. <br /> <br /> <br />animous roll call vote by all those present. <br />
