<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />1 ih International Latino Film Festival/Marketing <br />Latino Leadership Council of San Mateo County <br /> <br />Latino Leadership Council of San Mateo County (LLC) has entered into a Sponsorship <br />Agreement with the International Latino Film Society. The Agency will provide an initial <br />payment of $20,000 to LLC for marketing opportunities that include the following: <br />. Sponsorship of 7 ILFF screenings over three evenings at Century Theaters in <br />Downtown Redwood City. <br />. 3 ILFF educational/Academic screenings at Canada College, San Mateo College <br />and Skyline College. <br />. Naming sponsorship of 1 award, presented at Gala event in Redwood City on <br />November 13, 2008.. <br />. Special Event gala with filmmaker in Redwood City <br />. Full-page ad in souvenir program (20,000 circulated). <br />. Official sponsor logo on festival poster (1,000 circulated). <br />. Website Entry Page, front page logo, link and identification. <br />. Four Film sponsorship logos in souvenir program website. <br />. Searchlight exposure for one evening at the Special Event Gala on November <br />13, 2008. <br /> <br />The Agency will provide the following in-kind services: <br />. Graphic design of vertical and horizontal banners. <br />.
