By resolution, approve an amendment to the General Improvement District <br />1-64 Budget to include the GID 1-64 appropriations in the Fiscal Year <br />2008-09 Capital Improvement Program, appropriating and canceling <br />funding for specified purposes during Fiscal Year 2008-2009. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS <br />TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-64 BUDGET TO BE INCLUDED IN <br />THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009, <br />APPROPRIATING AND CANCELLING CERTAIN FUNDS FOR SPECIFIED <br />PURPOSES DURING FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009 <br /> <br />2.
