Levy of Benefit Assessments for Fiscal Year 2008/2009 for the Seaport Centre <br />Maintenance District, Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District, and <br />Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District 1995-1. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt three (3) separate resolutions to: <br />1. Order the Levy of Benefit Assessments for Fiscal Year 2008/2009 for the <br />Seaport Centre Maintenance District in the amount of $187,000.00; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 14866 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY CONTROLLER TO LEVY THE <br />BENEFIT ASSESSMENTS FOR FY 2008-2009 FOR THE SEAPORT CENTRE <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR TO <br />COLLECT SUCH ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />2. Order the Levy of Benefit Assessments for Fiscal Year 2008/2009 for the <br />Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District in the amount of <br />$212,500.00, and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 14867 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY CONTROLLER TO LEVY THE <br />BENEFIT ASSESSMENTS FOR FY 2008-2009 FOR THE SEAPORT BOULEVARD <br />LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY TAX <br />COLLECTOR TO COLLECT SUCH ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />3.
