The motion passed by a <br />unanimous roll call vote. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDERS: <br /> <br />A. Presentation: Swearing-In Ceremony - Peter Ingram, City Manager, by City Clerk <br />Vonderlinden. <br /> <br />Mayor Foust, on behalf of community and Council, congratulated Mr. Ingram on his <br />position and expressed the Council's joy in its decision. <br /> <br />City Manager Ingram echoed the Mayor's comments and said he knows it will be a <br />fulfilling experience in continuing to work with the Council and the community. <br /> <br />B. Recognition of Redwood City's First Three Green Business Program-Certified <br />Businesses - Malcolm Smith, Public Communications Manager, by Mayor Foust, <br />who reiterated what these three businesses did in compliance with green <br />considerations, and thanked these businesses for their efforts as frontrunners. <br />Awards were presented to DES Architects, Harwood Homebuilders and Kastrop <br />Group (Lorianna and Michael received the award). <br /> <br />C. Redwood City's Partnership Academy for Community Teamwork (PACT) <br />graduation. Mayor Foust and Vice Mayor Howard presented awards and Council <br />shook hands and congratulated those who completed the academy.
