<br />6.3A <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution is necessary in order to establish new appropriations for <br /> <br />equipment and maintenance of the police patrol vessel provided to the City by the California <br /> <br />Department of Boating and Waterways. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby incorporated by <br />this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. That the budget for fiscal year 2008-2009 is amended to increase General Fund <br />appropriations from the available General Fund balance to allocate $18,000 to <br />the Police Department Patrol Budget (150.62131) for maintenance and <br />equipment for the Police Patrol Vessel. <br /> <br />3.
