Compensation. <br />Monthly compensation is based on the following table, where nn = number of PCs: <br /> <br />$25: nn ~ 5 <br />$50: 5 < nn ~ 10 <br />$75: 10 < nn ~ 20 <br />$100: 20 < nn <br /> <br />As of September 2008, HIPH has less than 5 PCs; thus the initial monthly cost is $25. <br /> <br />Should HIPH change the number of connections, and the new total number of connections puts the <br /> <br />monthly charge in a different bracket, RWC will begin invoicing HIPH at the new rate on the first <br /> <br />invoice issued following the change. <br /> <br />4. Effective Date of Aareement. <br /> <br />This Agreement becomes effective on the first day of the month following agreement by <br /> <br />parties. <br /> <br />5. Reliance of Professional Skill of RWC. <br /> <br />RWC represents that it has the necessary professional skills to perform the services <br />required and HI PH shall rely on such skills of RWC to do and perform the work. <br />6. Relationship of Parties. <br />It is understood that the relationship of RWC to HIPH is that of an independent <br />contractor and all persons working for or under the direction of RWC are its agents or employees and <br />not agents or employees of HIPH. <br />7. Nonassianment. <br />This Agreement is not assignable either in whole or in part. <br />8. Amendments. <br />This Agreement may be amended or modified only by written agreement signed by both <br /> <br />Parties. <br /> <br />9.
